suna1 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform
These Terms govern your use of suna1 and apply to all players in Bangladesh. By registering an account, you agree to these Terms in full.

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and suna1 ("suna1", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the suna1 website accessible at suna1.org and all services, games, and features available through it. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any part of the platform.
By completing registration on the platform, logging in to an existing account, or continuing to use the suna1 website after these Terms have been updated, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.
Eligibility
Who May Use suna1
To register an account and use the suna1 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must be a natural person (not a company, corporation, or automated system) acting on your own behalf.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
- You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of suna1 or any of its affiliated service providers.
suna1 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility conditions are not met. Funds held in an ineligible account may be frozen pending investigation.
Account Rules
Account Registration, Security, and Usage
Each player may hold only one registered account on suna1. Duplicate accounts, multiple accounts held by the same individual, or accounts created to circumvent a prior suspension are strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. suna1 will never request your password via SMS, email, or telephone. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact suna1 support immediately.
Accurate Information
You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information, including a false date of birth or a mobile number that does not belong to you, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Account Transfers
Your suna1 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make available your account to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will be treated as a breach of these Terms and the account will be closed.
Shared Devices
If you access your suna1 account from a shared or public device, you must log out completely upon finishing your session. suna1 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a failure to log out of a shared device or for any activity carried out by a third party on your account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
Financial Terms
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing
suna1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer via participating Bangladeshi banks. The list of accepted payment methods may change from time to time. Deposits are credited to your suna1 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. suna1 does not charge platform-side fees on standard local wallet deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, and you are responsible for checking those separately.
Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the original qualifying deposit unless that method is no longer available, in which case an alternative method may be agreed upon with the support team. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, to the fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. suna1 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and may vary by payment method. Currency on the platform is processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All financial transactions are processed over SSL-encrypted connections. suna1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or technical outages outside our control.
Promotions
Bonus and Promotional Terms
From time to time, suna1 may offer bonuses, free bet credits, free spins, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the Bonus is offered. In the absence of specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all Bonuses:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be claimed more than once per household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
- suna1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus already in the process of being wagered will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time it was issued.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts. Bonus misuse, including collusion, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms, may result in the cancellation of the Bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
suna1 does not guarantee that any specific Bonus will be available to you at any given time. Bonus availability, eligibility criteria, and applicable wagering requirements are subject to change.
Betting Rules
Sports Betting, Casino Games, and General Game Rules
By placing a bet or participating in any game on the suna1 platform, you agree to the rules applicable to that bet or game as displayed in the relevant section of the platform at the time of play. Game rules for live casino titles are governed by the originating game provider (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Spribe) in addition to these Terms. Where there is a conflict between provider rules and these Terms, provider rules govern for matters specific to individual game mechanics; these Terms govern for all matters relating to accounts, payments, eligibility, and conduct.
Bets once placed and confirmed are final and may not be cancelled or amended by the player. In the event of a technical error affecting the outcome of a bet or game round, suna1 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the staked amount to the player's wallet.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on suna1. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may vary by market, game type, account tier, or active promotion. suna1 may adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
Void Bets
A bet may be declared void by suna1 in circumstances including but not limited to: match or event cancellation, postponement beyond specified cut-off times, demonstrable technical errors, or the use of inaccurate odds resulting from a manifest error. Voided bets are returned to the player's account wallet at the original stake amount.
Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on suna1 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds: placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts; exploiting errors in displayed odds or game configurations; collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes; money laundering or the use of suna1 as a financial instrument for any purpose other than genuine betting and gaming.

Enforcement
Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination
suna1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of automated systems, provision of false information, or any other conduct that suna1 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, suna1 may at its discretion forfeit the entire balance in that account, including any pending withdrawal amounts.
A player may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the suna1 support team. Upon account closure at the player's request, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their primary registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
Intellectual Property
Content Ownership and Restrictions
All content on the suna1 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and the compilation of that content, is the property of suna1 or its content and technology suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the suna1 platform without prior written authorisation from suna1. Game content including game graphics, sounds, and mechanics remains the intellectual property of the respective game provider and is subject to that provider's licensing terms.
Liability
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, suna1 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any interruption to the platform caused by circumstances beyond suna1's reasonable control, including technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
suna1 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representation that any content on the platform is accurate, complete, or up to date, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time without notice. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted by law.
Updates
Amendments to These Terms
suna1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, suna1 will provide notice to registered players via an on-platform notification or, where a valid email address is held on file, by email. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the suna1 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
Governing Law
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and suna1 arising from your use of the platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. suna1 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
